50% off first delivery offer will be applied to all new clients. This will allow any size/weight parcel to be delivered within a 50 mile radius on their first booking. For first bookings that are over 50 miles, the first 50 will be charged at the discounted rate and any additional mileage will be charged at the full rate. This job will be payable on completion of the first drop


The Client Privileges entitle all companies to get a free delivery or collection every 6th booking within a 20 mile radius. If the 6th booking is over 20 miles, the first 20 will be free of charge and any additional mileage will be charged at the full rate.



As we can except and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. If you are not sure about anything just phone us on 0203 633 4825.



1 These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of services or deliveries by you (the customer or you)

2 With (the supplier or us or we).

3 These are the terms on which we sell all our services to you. By undertaking any of the services,  you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.



In the case of services made available to you and any special requirements  on your package that you want collected or delivered, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.

All services are subject to availability at time of booking.

We can make changes to the services which are necessary with any applicable law or safety requirement. We would notify you of these changes.

We will supply all our services with reasonable skill and care.

In relation to the services, anything we say or write to you, or anything someone else says or writes to you on our behalf, about AD2 Logistics or our services, is a term of the contract(which we must comply with) if you take it into account when deciding to enter into any contract, or when making any decision about the services after entering into the contract. Anything you take into account is subject to anything that qualified it and was said or written to you by us or on behalf of us on the same occasion, and any change to it that has been expressly agreed between us (before entering the contract or later).


Customer responsibilities

You must co-operate with us in all matters relating to the services that we provide to you and all of our authorised drivers and representatives with access to any premises under your control when undertaking a delivery or collection as required. You must provide us with accurate information in order for us to perform our services and obtain any additional licenses that may be required.




AD2 Logistics has a legal duty to supply its services in conformity with the contract and will not have conformed if it does not meet the following obligation.

Upon delivery, the goods will


a.Be of a satisfactory condition

b.Be in the same condition as when the items were originally collected or delivered.



Risk and title


Risk of damage to or loss of any goods will pass to you the customer when the goods are delivered and in your possession. The goods are in the control and care of AD2 Logistics until we have received payment in full.



You can withdraw the booking by telling us before a contract is entered in to, If you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason and without incurring any liability.




We will deliver all packages to the location confirmed by the client by the time within the agreed period or, failing any agreement. In any case regardless of events beyond our control, if we do not deliver the consignment on time you can require us to reduce the fees and charges by 50%. If when arriving at the place of delivery the premises is closed, unless given other instructions at time of collection the package will be returned to the offices of AD2 Logistics and the company contacted. If they require delivery the next day the original charge will be added again.




If an order is cancelled either by the sender or receiver, within 24 hours of the sceduled collection/delivery, payment will still be required in full. Also in addition, a cancellation administration charge will be applied to the sender to the amount of £20.00+VAT.




We will invoice you either;


a. for same day payment on day of collection/delivery

b. or on the invoice dates set out in the quotation (credit terms agreed)


You must pay the fees due within the terms initally offered on first booking. Timeframe for payment shall be the essence of the contract. If for any reason you do not pay within the period set out or agreed, the client could be liable for late payment fees and interest. We can suspend any further provision of our services and cancel any future services which have been ordered by. Or otherwise arranged with you. All payment must be made in full unless otherwise agreed by us by offering credit terms.


Credit term agreements are subject to a companies house check and may be refused at our own discretion.
